Built on a Promise
SIPS Group was founded in 2009 by Rajesh Shah, a civil engineer who had spent a decade watching Mumbai families struggle with delayed projects, poor build quality, and opaque builders. His promise was simple and bold: build homes he would be proud to live in himself.
Starting with a single 24-unit residential project in Ghatkopar, SIPS Group delivered on time and within budget. Word spread. Families referred friends and relatives. By 2019, we had served over 500 families and expanded into Powai, Andheri, and the western suburbs.
Today, with 15+ years of experience, 20+ projects delivered, and 2,000+ families served, SIPS Group stands as one of Mumbai's most trusted real estate developers — and our journey is just beginning.
